Description: Bright apple and hints of unripe cherry add fruit to a nose that?s more about acid and minerality than fruit. The young wine smells very similar to a great, young vintage Champagne than most domestic bubblies. The focus for the Clos Pepe Estate Brut Ros? is making a bone-dry, Champagne-inspired sparkling wine that will be dry, complex and delicious at release.

Description: Light to medium straw color with aromas of green apple and lemon zest. There?s some minerals under the bouquet of sublime toasted oak, but the wine is very complete right now, showing a gorgeous posture to be de-capped and emptied.
