A preview of the event menus includes pasta e fagioli, grilled eggplant, red pepper antipasto, penne pasta with sauce rustica, rotini with sweet sausage in rose sauce, roasted eggplant cannelloni Neapolitan, chicken carbonara over linguine and Sicilian lentil soup.
