- Hermannhof Winery – Rotkohl mit Speck (German Red Cabbage with Bacon), paired with White Lady
- OakGlenn Winery – Smoky Bacon Banana Muffins, paired with Sweet Caroline
- Röbller Winery – Mexican-style Bacon Torta, paired with Vidal Blanc
- Stone Hill Winery – Peppered Bacon and Roasted Corn Guacamole Tostada, paired with Chardonel
