Sunset Lake Vineyards & Winery was established in 2003 as McLean County's only commercial vineyard and winery. Rudi and Mary Hofmann celebrate their German heritage by not only creating European style wines, but also by giving each handcrafted wine it's personal German name, which generally tells a story about them or their mascots, Maxl and Moritz. Open daily, the Hofmann's offer not only wines from their own vineyards, but local cheeses and chocolates. Guests enjoy music every Saturday throughout the year.
