Celebrate heritage at Willett’s Winery & Cellar located in quaint Manito, where long-time residents Cris Willett & the late Dan Willett established the winery in 2005. A variety of wines crafted by winemaker Bradley Beam are available for sampling in the tasting room, a renovated late-1800’s building originating as a harness shop. Dan & Cris later opened The Ironstone Room restaurant (Chef Kevin Roecker) in a late 1800’s building which served the community as a bank (the bank vault door remains). Also of interest is the Ironstone Pottery collection of Elsie Willett (Dan’s mother). The latest addition of a banquet center includes a 50 year old wood floor recycled from the original Manito High School Gymnasium.
