Waterman Winery has received an IL Governor's Sustainability Award. Twelve acres of French/American hybrid grapes are used in our grape wines. When the grapes are harvested, they begin the process of becoming wine within an hour! This retains their flavor and naturally "good for you" compounds. We are using an 1860 barn for fermentation, and we sell the wine alongside our modern grain farm equipment. It is a casual and interesting place to visit. We grow and produce the full range of wines: reds, whites, blushes and other fruits, dry to sweet in presentation.
