Greenvale Chardonnay

Description: The 2012 vintage of our Greenvale Chardonnay is very French inspired with it?s soft, creamy finish. We ferment in neutral French Oak barrels, giving the wine bright fruit character, then bottle age the wine for several years to allow the acidity to soften. It is also the secondary malolactic fermentation (malic acid (apples) to lactic acid (dairy)) that creates that round, buttery finish.
