The Leelanau Peninsula is Michigan’s Wine Coast, with 20 unique wineries. Organizing four annual wine trail events and the beloved Traverse City Wine & Art Festival, the Leelanau Peninsula Vintner’s Association is raising the bar in Northern Michigan.

Our cool-climate, Michigan wines go beautifully with food and have been winning increasing national and international awards and praise each and every year. We are committed to providing world-class wine touring experiences on the Leelanau Peninsula in concert with other businesses and organizations in our region and industry.

The LPVA was formed in 2000 with a goal to help spread the word about all the wonderful things our wine trail and the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer. Today, it is the largest and strongest of the four organized wine trails in Michigan which promote the state’s nearly $790 million grape/wine industry.
