bacon-inspired food and wine pairings at seven wineries on the Hermann Wine Trail!

Pork Belly Slider, paired with Traminette
Bias Winery – Bacon Corn Chowder, paired with Jubilee White
Dierberg Star Lane Tasting Room – Gulf Shores Bacon Seafood Bisque, paired with Star Lane Sauvignon Blanc
Hermannhof Winery – Rotkohl mit Speck (German Red Cabbage with Bacon), paired with White Lady
OakGlenn Winery – Smoky Bacon Banana Muffins, paired with Sweet Caroline
Röbller Winery – Mexican-style Bacon Torta, paired with Vidal Blanc
Stone Hill Winery – Peppered Bacon and Roasted Corn Guacamole Tostada, paired with Chardonel
